DTC (VSA)
- Problem verification
-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
-3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, then to the ON mode.
-4. Wait for 2 seconds or more.
-5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

YES
The failure is duplicated. Go to step 2.
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Refer to intermittent failures troubleshooting .
- Wheel speed sensor check (substitution)
-1. Substitute a known-good wheel speed sensor .
DTC Appropriate Wheel Speed Sensor C0031-4A Left-front C0034-4A Right-front C0037-4A Left-rear C003A-4A Right-rear -2. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-3. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
-4. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, then to the ON mode.
-5. Wait for 2 seconds or more.
-6. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description DTC C0031-4A Left Front Wheel Speed Sensor Incorrect Installed C0034-4A Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Incorrect Installed C0037-4A Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Incorrect Installed C003A-4A Right Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Incorrect Installed Is DTC C0031-4A, C0034-4A, C0037-4A, or C003A-4A indicated?
YES
Check for loose terminals and poor connections in the VSA modulator-control unit 46P connector. Check for any authorized service information related to the DTCs or symptoms you are troubleshooting. If they are OK, replace the VSA modulator-control unit .
