Audio-Navigation System DTC: 2705(KA, KC models) (2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 2022)

DTC 2705  : HFL Diag

NOTE: 

• Check the vehicle battery condition first .
• This navigation DTC sets when NG is indicated in the HFL diagnosis (the HFL icon is red in the System Links).
• Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
• Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information .
• Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.

1. Problem verification

   -1. Clear the hard error codes .

   -2. Press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode.

   -3. Check for hard error codes .

   Is DTC 2705 indicated?

   YES 

   The failure is duplicated, go to step 2.

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.

2. HFL DTC check

   -1. Check for HFL DTCs .

   Is DTC B1792 indicated?

   YES 

   Go to DTC B1792 troubleshooting .

   NO 

   Replace the audio-navigation unit .
