DTC B00C0-54: Different Serial ID of the Front Passenger's Weight Sensor (front inner side); DTC B00C1-54: Different Serial ID of the Front Passenger's Weight Sensor (front outer side); DTC B00C2-54: Different Serial ID of the Front Passenger's Weight Sensor (rear inner side); DTC B00C3-54: Different Serial ID of the Front Passenger's Weight Sensor (rear outer side) (2018-19)

NOTE: 

Before doing this troubleshooting procedure: 

• Find out if the vehicle was in a collision. If so, verify that all the required components were replaced with new components of the correct part number, and that they were properly installed - Refer to: SRS Component Replacement/Inspection After Deployment .
• Review SRS Precautions and Procedures .
• Review General Troubleshooting Information
• Review information pertaining to 12 Volt Battery Terminal Disconnection and Reconnection
• Those DTCs are stored when replacing the front passenger's weight sensor and do not the front passenger's weight sensor initialization.

DTC (SRS)

1. Problem verification

   -1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, then wait for 10 seconds.

   - 2. Do the front passenger's weight sensor initialization.

   - 3. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.

   - 4. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

   B00C0-54 Different serial ID of the front passenger's weight sensor (front inner side)
   B00C1-54 Different serial ID of the front passenger's weight sensor (front outer side)
   B00C2-54 Different serial ID of the front passenger's weight sensor (rear inner side)
   B00C3-54 Different serial ID of the front passenger's weight sensor (rear outer side)

   Is DTC B00C0-54, B00C1-54, B00C2-54, or B00C3-54 indicated?

   YES 

   The failure is duplicated. Faulty SRS unit. Replace the SRS unit - Refer to: SRS Unit Removal and Installation .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Go to Troubleshooting Intermittent Failures. If another DTC is indicated, troubleshoot the DTC.
