Lane Departure Warning (LDW) Symptom Troubleshooting - LDW indicator does not go off (FCW indicator is ok)

-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

- 2. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

DTC (FCW/LDW)

Are any DTCs indicated?

YES 

Go to the indicated DTC troubleshooting.

NO 

Go to step 2.

-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, then wait for at least 10 seconds.

- 2. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

- 3. Check the LDW indicator.

Does the LDW indicator come on for about 6 seconds, then go off?

YES 

Intermittent failure, the system is OK.

NO 

Go to the gauge control module self-diagnostic function - Refer to: Gauges Self-Diagnostic Function (2017 2018 2019 2020), or Gauges Self-Diagnostic Function (2014 2015), or Gauges Self-Diagnostic Function (2016) .
