DTC U3003-17

DTC U3003-17  : Electric Parking Brake Control Unit Power Source Circuit (+B) High Voltage

NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information .

DTC (Electric parking brake)

1. Problem verification

   - 1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   - 2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.

   - 3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, then to the ON mode.

   - 4. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

   U3003-17 Electric Parking Brake Control Unit Power Source Circuit (+B) High Voltage

   Is DTC U3003-17 indicated?

   YES 

   The failure is duplicated. Check the 12 volt battery - Refer to:

   Battery Test (2014 2015)

   Battery Test (2016 2017 2018 2019 2020)

   and check the PGM-FI DTCs - Refer to:

   How to Troubleshoot the Fuel and Emissions Systems (2014-20) or

   How to Troubleshoot the Fuel and Emissions Systems (With Auto Idle Stop System) (2016-20)

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Refer to intermittent failures troubleshooting .
