With Navigation
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
- Disconnect climate control unit connector A (28P) and the audio-navigation switch panel 24P connector.
- Measure the voltage between audio-navigation switch panel 24P connector terminal No. 21 and body ground.Fig 1: Measuring The Voltage Between Audio-Navigation Switch Panel 24P Connector Terminal No. 21 And Body Ground

Is there battery voltage?
YES -Go to step 4.
NO -Repair an open in the wire between the No. 16 (7.5 A) fuse in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box and the audio-navigation switch panel.
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
- Disconnect the climate control unit connector A (28P).
- Check for continuity between the following terminals of climate control unit connector A (28P) and the audio-navigation switch panel 24P connector.
28P: 24P:
No. 19 No. 7
No. 20 No. 19

Is there continuity?
YES -Go to step 7.
NO -Repair an open in the wire between climate control unit connector A (28P) and the audio-navigation switch panel 24P connector.

Is there continuity?
YES -Repair a short to body ground in the wire between climate control unit connector A (28P) and the audio-navigation switch panel 24P connector.
NO -Go to step 8.
- Reconnect climate control unit connector A (28P).
- Connect audio-navigation switch panel 24P connector terminals No. 7 and No. 19 with a jumper wire.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
- Press and hold the WINDSHIELD DEFOGGER button and ON/OFF button.
Is the WINDSHIELD DEFOGGER button LED blinking?
YES -The audio-navigation switch panel is faulty, replace the audio-navigation switch panel (see AUDIO-NAVIGATION SWITCH PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
NO -The climate control unit is faulty, replace the Climate control unit (see CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
