Driver's Door Power Tailgate Switch Test/Replacement
- Remove the driver's door panel (see
FRONT DOOR PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
).
- Disconnect the 5P connector (A) from the driver's door power tailgate switch (B), then push the switch out from behind the door panel.

- Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.

- If the continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.
- Install the switch in the reverse order of removal.
