Transfer Output Shaft Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required 

Driver Handle, 40 mm I.D. 07746-0030100

1. Remove the transfer output shaft bearing (A) using a commercially available puller (B), a bearing separator (C), and a spacer (D). Place the spacer between the transfer output shaft and the puller to prevent damaging the transfer output shaft.

2. Install a new bearing (A) on the transfer output shaft (B) using the 40 mm I.D. driver handle (C) and a press.
