Front Stabilizer Bar Removal and Installation: Installation

  1. Stabilizer Bar - Install

    1. Install the stabilizer bar (A).
    NOTE:

    Be careful not to damage the steering gearbox.

    2. Install the bushings (B).

    NOTE:

    Note the direction of installation for the bushing.

    3. Install the bushing holders (C).

    NOTE:

    Use a new bolt and nut during reassembly.

  2. Lower Arm - Install  (Driver's Side)
  3. Suspension Stroke Sensor - Connect (Driver's Side) (With Headlight Auto Leveling System)
    1. Connect the front suspension stroke sensor to the lower arm - Refer to: Front Suspension Stroke Sensor Removal and Installation (Without Adaptive Damper System) , or Front Suspension Stroke Sensor Removal and Installation (With Adaptive Damper System) (2019 2020) .
  4. Stabilizer Link - Connect
    1. Connect both sides of the stabilizer link to the stabilizer bar .
  5. Engine Undercover - Install
  6. Front Wheels - Install - Refer to: Wheel Removal and Installation (2014 2015 2016) , or Wheel Removal and Installation (2017 2018 2019 2020) 
  7. Wheel Alignment - Check - Refer to:

    Wheel Alignment (2014 2015 2016)

    Wheel Alignment (2017 2018)

    Wheel Alignment (2019-2020)

  8. Headlight Initial Position - Learn (With Headlight Leveling System)
