Basic Distance Function

The BSI radar unit radiates 24 GHz radar waves within the range of 3 m (9.84 ft) toward the rear and 3 m (9.84 ft) on both sides horizontally and 20 degrees on both sides toward the rear. It receives the reflected radar waves when another vehicle enters in this alert area.
