DTC U0423: Invalid Data Received from PCM (Vehicle Speed Data)
- Clear the DTCs with the HDS (see HOW TO RETRIEVE DTCS ).
- Start the engine, then wait at least 10 seconds.
- Test-drive the vehicle at 6 mph (10 km/h) or more.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS (see HOW TO RETRIEVE DTCS
).
Is DTC U0423 indicated?
YES -Troubleshoot the indicated PGM-FI system DTC(s).
NO -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.
