DTC B18A5: Left BSI Radar Unit Temperature High
NOTE:
It is usually difficult to duplicate this DTC.
- Check for DTCs with the HDS (see HOW TO RETRIEVE DTCS
).
Is DTC B18A5 indicated?
YES -Go to step 2.
NO -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.
- Check the exhaust system and heat shields for modifications or damage.
Are all parts OK?
YES -Intermittent failure due to temporary high temperature around the left BSI radar unit, the system is OK at this time.
NO -Repair or replace the faulty part.
