Transmission Fluid Pressure Switch B (3rd Clutch) Replacement

  1. Remove the air cleaner (see THROTTLE BODY CLEANING ).
  2. Remove the intake air duct (see INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
  3. Disconnect the transmission fluid pressure switch B (3rd clutch) connector, and remove transmission fluid pressure switch B (3rd clutch) and the sealing washer (A).

  4. Install a new transmission fluid pressure switch B (3rd clutch) with a new sealing washer, and tighten the switch.
  5. Check the connector for corrosion, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair if necessary, then connect the connector securely.
  6. Install the intake air duct (see INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
  7. Install the air cleaner (see THROTTLE BODY CLEANING ).
