Tightening Specifications

Cylinder Head Bolts, 29 Nm (3.0 kg-m, 22 lb-ft)








After torquing, tighten all cylinder head bolts in two steps (90° per step) in sequence. If using a new bolt, tighten the bolt an extra 90°.





Cylinder Head Bolt Inspection





Measure the diameter of each bolt at point A and point B. If either diameter is less than 10.6 mm (0.417 in), replace the bolt.
