Collision Avoidance System Switch: Service and Repair

CMBS OFF Switch Test/Replacement

1. Remove the instrument fascia Instrument Fascia Removal / Installation.

2. Remove the screws and the multi-switch (with the built-in CMBS OFF switch) (A).






3. Check for continuity between the terminals in each CMBS OFF switch position according to the table.









4. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.

5. Install the multi switch (with the built-in CMBS OFF switch) in the reverse order of removal.
