Engine is hard to start

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs. Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

2. Check the fuel pressure. Testing and Inspection

3. Check for a plugged or damaged fuel line. Testing and Inspection

4. Check for a plugged fuel filter. Service and Repair

Also check for:

- Weak or fouled spark plugs
