Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Test the battery. Testing and Inspection

2. Check the fuel pressure. Testing and Inspection

3. Clean the throttle body. Procedures

Also check for:

- Low compression
- Intake air leaks
- Fuel contamination
- Weak spark
