1. Probable cause: Communication problem between the climate control unit and the navigation system

2. Do the navigation communication line circuit troubleshooting Navigation Communication Line Circuit Troubleshooting (With Navigation)

Also check for:

- Climate control DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
- Navigation unit DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
