Do the radiator fan circuit troubleshooting Radiator Fan Circuit Troubleshooting (Open)

Also check for:

- Powertrain DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes
- Faulty radiator fan motor
- Faulty radiator fan control (RFC) unit
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
