Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Probable cause: The climate control unit has malfunctioned, or has lost power or ground

2. Do the climate control power and ground circuit troubleshooting Climate Control Power and Ground Circuit Troubleshooting

Also check for:

- HVAC DTCs Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
- Blown fuse No. 30 (7.5 A) in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box
- Poor ground at G503 Dashboard Wire Harness (Center Branch) Connector And Harness Locations
- Poor or loose connections at the terminals
