Set speed does not cancel when the brake pedal is pressed

Diagnostic Procedure:

1. Check for PGM-FI and body DTCs.

2. Do the cruise control input test. Cruise Control Input Test (Without ACC/CMBS)

3. Test the brake pedal position switch signal input.

Also check for:

- Short to power in the BRN wire
- Faulty brake pedal position switch
