Molding Replacement

NOTE: Take care not to scratch the front grille
  1. Remove the front grille
  2. Remove the front "A" emblem from the front grille (see EMBLEM/STICKER REPLACEMENT )
  3. From behind the grille, remove the screws, and pry up the hooks (A) (six places) by using a flat-tip screwdriver wrapped with the protective tape, then remove the front grille upper molding (B) from the front grille base (C) Remove the molding from the hood center seal (D) by releasing the projections (E) (five places) on the molding from the seal

  4. From behind the grille, remove the screws, and pull the front grille lower molding (A) out to release the hooks (B) on the molding, then remove the molding from the front grille base (C)

  5. Remove the hood center seal (D) from the molding by releasing the seal from the projections (E) on the molding
  6. Install the moldings in the reverse order of removal, and push the hooks into place securely Make sure that the projections on the molding engage the seal securely
