Outside Air Temperature Indicator: Testing

If indicator displays 888.8 for more than 2 seconds after selecting outside air temperature display mode, check for open in Brown/White wire between instrument cluster connector terminal A19 and outside air temperature sensor. If circuit is okay, test sensor. See OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR TEST . If sensor tests okay, replace instrument cluster.
