Safety Indicator Input Test: 3.5RL
Disable air bag system. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS article. Remove instrument cluster from instrument panel. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Disconnect instrument cluster Green 22-pin "A" connector and Green 30-pin "B" connector. Check for bent, corroded, loose or disconnected terminals in connectors. Repair connectors as necessary and recheck system. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If all safety indicator input tests are okay, replace instrument cluster printed circuit board and recheck system. See Fig 1.
