Brake Indicator Light Does Not Illuminate With Bad Brakelight Bulb

Check safety indicator input. See Figure . Check brakelight failure sensor located in left taillight assembly. See procedures under BRAKELIGHT FAILURE SENSOR  under COMPONENT TESTS. Check indicator bulb. Check for poor connections or open in White/Green wire between brakelight failure sensor and instrument cluster. Check for poor connections or open in Orange wire between brakelight failure sensor and right side taillight. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
