Shoulder Seat Belt Retractor Locks When The Ignition Is Switched Off And Door Opened (Front Passenger's Side)

  1. Do Control Unit input test.
  2. Inspect to see if Door latch switch stuck closed or opened.
  3. Check Seat Belt retractor solenoid and sensor switch.
  4. Check for open circuit in wires RED/GREEN, GREEN/RED and RED/YELLOW or loose or disconnected terminals.
