1. ACTIVE TEST

Performing the Active Test using the Techstream allows the meters, indicators and so on to operate without removing any parts. Performing the Active Test as the first step in troubleshooting is one way to shorten labor time.

(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(c) Select the "Active Test" on the Techstream display.
