DTC U0028 HEATER CONTROL PANEL COMMUNICATION ERROR

DTC DETECTING CONDITION:
- Heater and A/C do not operate.
- A/C panel display does not change even though being operated.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
Unable to operate A/C.
