Radio Antenna Replacement (L48)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the headlining trim panel. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) (Service and Repair)Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (With Sunroof) (Service and Repair)Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Coupe) (Service and Repair).




2. Remove the roof antenna.

* Remove the roof antenna wiring harness plug (1).
* Remove the nut.
* Disconnect the wiring harness.
* Remove the roof antenna.

Installation Procedure

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the roof antenna.
Guide the wiring harness through fastening nut.

Tighten the nut to 5 Nm (44 lb in).

2. Connect the roof antenna wiring harness.
3. Install the headlining trim panel. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan) (Service and Repair)Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (With Sunroof) (Service and Repair)Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Coupe) (Service and Repair).
4. For reprogramming procedures, refer to Control Module References (Programming and Relearning).
