Variable Tumble Shutter Valve Actuator Inspection

VARIABLE TUMBLE SHUTTER VALVE ACTUATOR INSPECTION [L5]

1. Remove the air hose. Service and Repair

2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the variable tumble shutter valve actuator.






3. Connect a vacuum pump to the variable tumble shutter valve actuator.

4. Apply vacuum and verify that the rod moves.

- If the rod does not move, replace the intake manifold. Service and Repair
