Normal Operation
The SJB sends a voltage signal to the hood ajar switch through circuit (V/O). When the hood is opened, the hood ajar switch routes the signal to ground through circuit (B)

Possible Causes
- circuit (V/O) shorted to ground
- hood ajar switch
- SJB
