Pinpoint Test 1

PINPOINT TEST 1: THE CLIMATE CONTROL PANEL ILLUMINATION IS INOPERATIVE

Normal Operation
When the instrument cluster detects a headlamps ON message, it sends a variable voltage to the climate control panel through circuit (LB/R). The climate control panel is grounded through circuit (B).

Possible Causes
- circuit (LB/R) open
- circuit (B) open
- climate control panel
