PINPOINT TEST 3: A SINGLE DOOR LOCK IS INOPERATIVE

Normal Operation
The door lock control switches supply a ground signal to the SJB. When the SJB receives a door lock control switch lock command through circuit (P/W), it supplies voltage to the door lock actuators through circuit (P/B), while grounding circuit (P/O) and circuit (R/O) to lock all the doors. When the SJB receives a door lock control switch unlock command through circuit (P/W), it supplies voltage to the door lock actuators through circuit (P/O) and circuit (R/O), while grounding circuit (P/B) to unlock all the doors.

Possible Causes
- SJB DTC B1982 drivers door - unlock relay coil circuit failure
- SJB DTC B2250 all doors - unlock all relay coil circuit failure
- circuit (P/B) open
- circuit (P/O) open or shorted to ground
- circuit (R/O) open or shorted to ground
- door latch
- SJB (LH front door lock only)
