4GR-FSE COOLING: THERMOSTAT: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

2. REMOVE NO. 1 INLET AIR CLEANER Removal

3. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

4. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT Testing and Inspection

5. SEPARATE RADIATOR OUTLET HOSE

(a) Disconnect the hose from the water inlet with thermostat.





6. REMOVE WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 nuts, water inlet with thermostat and gasket.
