DESCRIPTION

When the engine switch is turned on (IG), positive (+) battery voltage is applied to the main body ECU RH (cowl side J/B RH). When battery positive (+) voltage is applied to terminal IG of the main body ECU (cowl side J/B RH) while the theft deterrent system is operating, the warning stops.

1. CHECK DTC

(a) Delete DTC Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(b) Check the DTC B2271, B2272 and B2274.





B -- GO TO SMART ACCESS SYSTEM WITH PUSH-BUTTON START

A -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
