Removal

SEAT BELT: REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Removal

2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

(a) Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly LH Removal.

3. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH (for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type LH Side)

(a) Remove the rear No. 1 seatback assembly LH Removal.

4. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 FLOOR STEP COVER (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

5. REMOVE QUARTER SCUFF PLATE LH (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

6. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Removal

7. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

(a) Partially remove the rear door opening trim weatherstrip so that the front quarter trim panel assembly LH and deck trim side panel assembly LH can be removed Removal.

8. REMOVE FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

9. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

10. REMOVE REAR FLOOR MAT REAR SUPPORT PLATE (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

11. REMOVE REAR FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

12. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER Removal

13. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK Removal

14. REMOVE NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (w/o Tonneau Cover) Removal

15. REMOVE FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER (w/ Tonneau Cover) Removal

16. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

17. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER BASE LH (w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

19. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

(a) w/o Rear No. 2 Seat:





(1) Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.

(2) Remove the 4 bolts and 2 screws.

(3) Detach the 5 clips and 8 claws and remove the deck trim side panel.





(b) w/ Rear No. 2 Seat:





Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.





Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor.





for RH Side:

Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor.

(1) Remove the 2 bolts and 2 screws.

(2) Detach the 3 clips and 8 claws.

(3) Disconnect each connector and remove the deck trim side panel.





20. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH Removal

21. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(w/o Rear No. 2 Seat) Removal

22. REMOVE REAR SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT (for RH Side, w/ Rear Air Conditioning System) Removal

23. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH





Remove the nut and rear No. 1 seat outer belt shoulder anchor.





Disconnect the pretensioner connector as shown in the illustration.





Remove the 2 bolts and rear No. 1 seat outer belt assembly.

24. REMOVE FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY Removal
