Vibration Damper - Removal

REMOVAL

Special Tools:










1. Remove the accessory drive belt Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Removal

NOTE: A force greater than 350 Nm (260 ft. lbs.) may be required to remove the crankshaft vibration damper bolt.

2. Hold the crankshaft vibration damper (1) with Vibration Damper Holder (2) and remove the crankshaft vibration damper bolt.
3. Pull the crankshaft vibration damper (1) off of the crankshaft.
