Oil Pressure Relief Valve - Removal

REMOVAL










1. Remove oil pan Engine Oil Pan - Removal.
2. Drill a 3.175 mm (1/8 in.) hole in the center of the retainer cap. Insert a self-threading sheet metal screw into the cap.
3. Using suitable pliers, remove cap and discard.
4. Remove spring and relief valve.
