Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (1) at the air cleaner.
2. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (3) at the resonator.
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct (2).



Installation Procedure






Important: Align the air cleaner outlet duct tab (4) to the air cleaner resonator tab (5).


1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct (2) to the resonator and the air cleaner.
2. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (3) at the resonator.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

3. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp (1) at the air cleaner.

Tighten the clamps to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
