Cylinder Head Cover Removal

1. '00-05 models: Disconnect the camshaft position (CMP) sensor (top dead center (TDC) SENSOR) A connector and the CMP sensor (TDC SENSOR) B connector.






2. '06-09 models: Disconnect the camshaft position (CMP) sensor connector.






3. Remove the dipstick (A), then disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose (B) and the breather hose (C).

4. Remove the harness clamps (A).

5. Remove the ignition coil. Service and Repair






6. Remove the cylinder head cover.
