Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Inspect the drive belt. Change the drive belt as necessary.
3. Using a wrench loosen and remove the drive belt tensioner bolt.
4. Remove the drive belt tensioner.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the drive belt tensioner.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt and tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
3. Install the drive belt Drive Belt Replacement (Service and Repair).
