Removal and Installation

1. Pulling firmly in a rearward direction, remove the rear console finish panel and position it aside.

2. Disconnect the backup transceiver electrical connector.

3. Remove the 4 nuts and the backup transceiver.

4. NOTE: Replacement of the backup transceiver does not require the Intelligent Access (IA) keys to be programmed into the Remote Function Actuator (RFA) module again.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
