Removal and Installation

NOTE: This procedure applies to the MKZ with Premium Sound only. For all other amplifiers, refer to the appropriate procedure.

1. Remove the 4 pushpins and the RH luggage compartment trim panel.

2. Disconnect the audio amplifier electrical connectors.

3. Remove the 3 bolts and the audio amplifier.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
