On-Board Diagnostic With Scan Tool

These Self-Tests should be used to diagnose the PCM and should be carried out in order.
^ Self Test - Key ON, Engine OFF (KOEO)
^ Self Test - Continuous Memory Codes
^ Self Test - Key ON, Engine Running (KOER)
