DTC Fault Reporting and Status Information

Below is a list of the DTC Status information that will be used in diagnosis of the SRS on this vehicle.

- DTC Present at Time of Request
- Previously Set DTC Not Present at Time of Request
- MIL On for this DTC (displayed if DTC is current and the RCM requested the air bag warning indicator on at time of request)
- MIL Off for this DTC (displayed if DTC is not current and the RCM did not request the air bag warning indicator on at time of request)

The OCSM retrieves and reports DTCs using on-demand and Continuous Memory Diagnostic Trouble Codes (CMDTCs) and fault PIDs.
