Bumper - Front

Removal

1. Remove the front bumper cover. REFER to Bumper Cover - Front Service and Repair.

2. NOTE: The front bumper beam is tack-welded in assembly. It is not necessary to re-weld for installation.

Remove the 4 bolts each side and remove the front bumper beam.





Installation

1. NOTE: If weld removal was necessary during removal, restore corrosion protection to all components before installation.

Position the front bumper beam to the vehicle and loosely install 1 bolt on each side.





2. Install the remaining bolts.

- Tighten to 22 Nm (16 lb-ft).





3. Install the front bumper cover. REFER to Bumper Cover - Front Service and Repair.
