Removal and Installation

NOTE: Make sure the headlamp switch and ignition switch are in the OFF position.

Explorer, Explorer Sport Trac

1. Loosen the lower headlamp assembly bolt.

2. Remove the 2 upper bolts and the headlamp assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Mountaineer

3. Remove the 2 retainers and the headlamp assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

All vehicles

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
