Gearshift Knob - Removal

REMOVAL

Special Tools:










1. Using (C-4755) or the equivalent pry the collar (1) away from the shifter knob (2).





2. Completely disengage the collar (1) from the shifter knob (2).





3. Grasp the retention clip tab with pliers or the equivalent and remove the clip from the knob.
4. Grasp the knob and pull firmly upward to remove from the shifter assembly.
