Defroster Duct - Installation

INSTALLATION

NOTE: Take the proper precautions to protect the face of the instrument panel from cosmetic damage.





1. Position the defroster duct (2) to the instrument panel cover (4).
2. Engage the eight retaining tabs (1) that secure the rear of the defroster duct to the instrument panel cover. Make sure the retaining tabs are fully engaged to the cover.
3. Install the eight screws (3) that secure the front of the defroster duct to the instrument panel cover. Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
4. Install the instrument panel Instrument Panel - Installation.
