Oil Pressure Switch - Removal







REMOVAL

Special Tools:











1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.

2. Raise and support the vehicle Service and Repair

3. Remove the splash shield from the right side frame rail Splash Shield - Removal

4. Remove the accessory drive belt Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Removal

5. Remove the three bolts (2) and reposition the A/C compressor (1).





6. Disconnect the oil pressure switch electrical connector.

7. Remove the oil pressure switch using oil pressure socket (C-4597) (1) or equivalent.
